Common questions
Frequently asked
What do I need to use kailenty?
A Microsoft 365 account on a business or enterprise plan. kailenty is built natively on Microsoft 365 — it reads availability from Outlook and Exchange, writes confirmed bookings back, and can attach Microsoft Teams links to meetings. The first connection needs a Microsoft 365 administrator to grant consent for the workspace; after that, individual users sign in with their own Microsoft accounts. The full walkthrough is in the Microsoft 365 setup guide.
Does the person I invite need an account?
No. An invitee opens your scheduling link, picks a time, and confirms by verifying their email address — no account, no app, no Microsoft tenant of their own. They receive a confirmed calendar invite, and if the meeting uses Teams, a join link comes with it. The booking experience page walks through exactly what they see.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one active user in your workspace — typically anyone who hosts meetings or manages scheduling. Invitees who only book time with you are never charged. The Free plan includes a single user so you can evaluate kailenty end to end; Pro is billed at €7 per active seat per month. See pricing for the full breakdown.
How do round-robin and team pools work?
On Pro, you can pool availability across several people so a single link books whoever is free, distributing meetings round-robin to balance the load. You can also build multi-person panels with ranked fallbacks, and route bookings by label so the right group is offered for each kind of request. These team features live on the Pro plan; Free covers solo 1:1 and group booking.
Can I connect AI agents or build my own integration?
Yes, on Pro. The REST API is scoped to your workspace and secured by Microsoft identity, role-based access, and API keys you issue. The MCP server gives agent clients an OAuth-secured set of tools, where every write is previewed and must be confirmed by a person before it runs. Start with the API reference or the MCP server guide.
Where is my data stored?
kailenty keeps scheduling data in the EU and is built to be GDPR-compliant. Microsoft 365 remains the source of truth for your calendars, and each workspace is tenant-scoped and isolated from every other. For the legal detail, see the privacy policy and the data processing addendum linked in the footer.
How do I change plans or cancel?
Get in touch and we will move your workspace between Free and Pro. You can change seats or cancel at any time, with no lock-in; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing is monthly today, and annual billing is on the roadmap — tell us if you would like it. Reach us at contact@kailenty.com.
I am stuck. How do I reach a human?
Email us. kailenty is built by a small, responsive team, and a real person reads every message. Free plans get email support; Pro adds priority support. Include your workspace name and, where it helps, a screenshot or the steps that led to the problem — it gets you a faster, more useful answer.
Still need a hand?
Tell us what you are trying to do and where it broke. We read every message and aim to reply quickly — faster still on Pro priority support.
