What counts as a seat?
A seat is one active user in your workspace. Free includes a single user so you can evaluate kailenty end to end; Pro is billed at €7 per active user per month.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for solo use — connect Microsoft 365, set your availability, and take real bookings. Upgrade to Pro when you add your team.
Is it really every feature in one plan?
Yes. Pro unlocks everything — round-robin, team routing, the REST API, the MCP endpoint, branding removal, and the recruiting tools. Nothing is held back for a pricier tier.
Do you offer annual billing?
Pricing is per seat, monthly, today. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap — tell us if you’d like it and we’ll prioritise accordingly.
What about VAT?
Prices are net and exclude VAT. EU VAT is applied where applicable based on your business location.
How do I upgrade, switch, or cancel?
Get in touch and we’ll move your workspace to Pro. You can change or cancel at any time — there’s no lock-in.
