Free plan
kailenty offers a Free plan for solo use at no charge and with no card required. You can evaluate the product end to end before deciding to add your team on a paid plan.
Subscription billing
Paid (Pro) subscriptions are billed in advance, per active seat, on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. There is no lock-in.
Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. Refund eligibility may depend on your statutory rights, in particular those applicable in the EU and Switzerland.
Downgrades
Downgrading a plan or reducing seats takes effect at the next billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for downgrades unless required by law.
VAT
Prices are net and exclude VAT. EU VAT is applied where applicable based on your location.
